Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Aunty Curl app. By using the app, you agree to them.

Aunty Curl provides educational and cosmetic hair-care guidance only. It is not medical advice. For any hair-loss, scalp, allergy, or health concern, consult a licensed professional. Always patch-test new products and read their labels. Individual results vary.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. You are responsible for your account credentials and the activity under your account.

Subscriptions & billing

Aunty Curl offers auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
Manage or cancel auto-renewing subscriptions anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. The lifetime option is a one-time purchase that does not auto-renew.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and notes you add. You grant us a limited license to process and store them solely to provide the app's features to you. You are responsible for the content you submit.

Affiliate links

The app may contain affiliate links; purchases through them may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it unlawfully.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aunty Council is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
